You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use SessionQ only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Your content
You retain responsibility for information you enter into SessionQ. You represent that you have the right to store and process that information, including client information and session notes, and that your use complies with applicable privacy and professional obligations.
3. Subscriptions
SessionQ may require a paid subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed under Google Play’s applicable terms. Subscription access continues for the period shown at purchase unless cancelled through Google Play.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse SessionQ, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where legally permitted, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep SessionQ reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued as the product develops. Reasonable notice will be provided when practical for material changes.
6. Professional responsibility
SessionQ is an organizational tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, educational, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your professional services, decisions, records, and compliance obligations.
7. Termination
You may stop using SessionQ or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SessionQ is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. SessionQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so these provisions may not fully apply to you.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
