1. Subscription Plans
SessionQ offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock SessionQ Pro features. Standard United States prices are $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Annual billing is equivalent to approximately $6.67 per month, paid as one annual charge.
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and applicable Google Play pricing. The price and billing period shown during Google Play checkout govern your purchase.
2. Payment and Automatic Renewal
Android subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge your selected payment method according to the terms shown at checkout.
3. Free and Paid Features
SessionQ provides certain features without a paid subscription. SessionQ Pro unlocks additional functionality as described in the app. Features may evolve over time, with notice of material changes when required by law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through Google Play. Open Google Play, navigate to Subscriptions, select SessionQ, and follow the cancellation instructions. You can also manage Google Play subscriptions online.
Canceling generally stops future renewals, while paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period, subject to subscription status and Google Play policies.
Uninstalling SessionQ or deleting your SessionQ account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel separately before deleting your account if you do not want future renewal charges.
5. Refunds
Payments and refund requests for Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a previously paid billing period. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law.
6. Changes and Price Adjustments
SessionQ may change subscription offerings, features, or prices. Changes to existing subscription prices are handled through Google Play in accordance with its notification and consent requirements. Renewal prices will change only as permitted by Google Play and applicable law.
7. Payment Failures and Expiration
If payment fails, Google Play may attempt payment recovery or apply a grace period or account hold. SessionQ Pro access may be affected if your subscription expires or becomes inactive. Your account and data remain subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Restoring Purchases
If an active subscription is not reflected in SessionQ, use the app's Restore Purchases feature. You may need the same Google Play account used for the original purchase. Contact support if the issue continues.
