1. Information you provide
When you create and use a SessionQ account, you may provide your first name, email address, professional role, client information, schedules, session notes, tasks, availability, feedback, and related records you choose to enter.
2. Account and authentication data
SessionQ uses Supabase for account authentication, database storage, and backend services. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not visible to SessionQ.
3. Subscription information
Purchases are processed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. SessionQ does not receive your full payment-card details. We receive subscription status and related transaction information needed to provide paid access and manage entitlements.
4. Analytics and diagnostics
SessionQ records limited product events in its own Supabase database, such as account creation and client or session lifecycle events, to understand whether core features are working.
Rork tooling also provides analytics through a Rork-operated relay and PostHog. This may collect screen routes, app lifecycle events, an anonymous installation or device identifier, session identifiers, app version, operating-system version, and device model. It is used for analytics, is not used for advertising, and is not intentionally associated with your SessionQ profile, name, or email. IP addresses are necessarily transmitted during network communication, while IP-based geolocation enrichment is disabled.
The SessionQ website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymized traffic such as page views, referral sources, general location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
5. Notifications
Session reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Delivery depends on your device settings and operating system. SessionQ does not use these reminders to send advertising messages.
6. How information is used
- Provide account, scheduling, client-management, and session-record features.
- Maintain subscriptions and paid access.
- Respond to support requests and feedback.
- Improve reliability, usability, and security.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
7. Sharing and service providers
Information is processed by service providers that help operate SessionQ, including Supabase, Google Play, RevenueCat, Rork, PostHog, and Vercel. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to provide SessionQ. You can permanently delete your account and associated application data through Settings. See the account-deletion instructions.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your password and device access.
10. Children
SessionQ is intended for independent professionals and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account on behalf of a child.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as SessionQ develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
